The Long Awaited ICE Atlanta Blog.

What a beautiful day in Centennial Olympic Park. The sun I have to say was working overtime because I think the lot of the Sticky Pennies became baked Pennies. Our day started off kinda strange. Our lovely tent generously provided by Ms. Haley had to be evacuated due to its very rickety frame. But the lovely Park staff gladly walked it to it's final resting place.Ms. Lori Ming out of sheer devotion to our little cause ran out and found us a totally acceptable substitute and saved the day. While on her journey found the most amazing contraption in the world the now infamous O2 Cool. Many jokes followed and some of us left the batterized fan in our laps the majority of the day.

( oh O2 Cool how we loved thee)

We talked to tons of people and got to browse through the crowds of great Crafty Ladies and Gents. (one of my many favorites were the tiny hat people) All and all was a good day and great opportunity to kinda get out what our mission as a collective is: Making some dough for cute shit you make!
The proposed raffle idea didn't go as well as planned but a few people got to enjoy interesting gifts given made by us (at one point we kinda gave the bags out to people that we though
struck as deserving )
Now back to getting crafty for the hell of it until we decide to do some crazy festivalness again.
In the future we hope to expand our horizons and are actually talking to a coupla cool spots that we could possibly become vendors. So look out we may be coming to a boutique or gallery or market near you.

Thanks to every one that showed for our first LARGE craft festival. We had a blast!(sorta)
Love always,
Lori Mac.
